2020: Expert Consultant to UNESCO for adapting the three-day regional capacity-building workshop for national Focal Points for Periodic Reporting for a six-week webinar series and delivery of the seminar series to national Focal Points from the Latin America and Caribbean region.
2019: Expert Consultant to UNESCO for developing a three-day regional capacity-building workshop for national Focal Points for Periodic Reporting.
2016-2019: Global Facilitator for UNESCO capacity-building workshops for the 2003 Convention on Safeguarding Intangible Cultural Heritage (in Iran, Turkmenistan, Armenia and Kazakhstan).
2018-2019: Expert Consultant to UNESCO for revising the Periodic Reporting mechanism of the 2003 Convention to bring it into line with the new Results-based Framework
2012-2017: Expert consultant to UNESCO for the annual reporting cycle of the 2003 Intangible Heritage Convention: analysing States Parties’ Periodic Reports on implementation of the Convention; drafting summary reports and Decisions on elements on the Urgent Safeguarding List for the Intangible Cultural Heritage Intergovernmental Committee.
2016-17: Member of four-person Expert Group for developing an Overall Results-based Framework (ORF) for evaluating the 2003 Intangible Heritage Convention.
2016: Participant in UNESCO Expert Meeting on Preparing an overall results framework of the 2003 Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage, hosted by the National Commission of the People’s Republic of China for UNESCO held in Beijing, China, 7 to 9 September 2016.
2015: Expert Consultant to UNESCO for advising on the new Law for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Palestinian Authority.
