The Persian Garden Institute for Living Heritage (PGILH) is a non-governmental body which has as its primary purpose to contribute to the safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage in Iran and Western and Central Asia and to the implementation of the Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage (UNESCO, 2003) both at the national and international levels.
